This Privacy Policy explains how Siméon Artamonov (“I”, “me” or “my”) collects and uses personal information when you visit or purchase artwork from shop.simeon.art (the “Site”).

Information I collect

When you place an order, I collect information necessary to process and fulfil your purchase, including your name, email address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number and order details.

Payment card details are processed by the payment providers used by the Site. I do not ordinarily have access to your full payment card number.

I do not sell your personal information.

How long I keep your information

I retain order and transaction information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, including meeting legal, tax and accounting requirements.

Where you subscribe to marketing communications, I retain your contact details until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove them, unless I have another lawful reason to retain them.
